"Henry my cat"

My cat Henry hadn't looked well all day and was off his food but since it was a Sunday I thought I would take him to the vets first thing on the Monday morning. Unfortunately he became very unwell I the early evening and was haemorrhagino blood from his mouth area. I rang my usual out of hours emergency service to be told by an answering machine that my nearest centre was in Bromsgrove- I live in Birmingham! As it happened my next door neighbour had to take her dog to an emergency centre earlier that day so she very kindly offered to take me. Upon arrival the service we was met with was friendly and welcoming. The vet we saw (good looking Italian guy!?) was so lovely, kind and sensitive to both myself and Henry. After Henry was examined it was fairly obvious that nothing more could be done as he had a tumour on his tongue so I had no choice but to do the kindest thing and have him put to sleep.... as upset as I was, I truly appreciated the way we treared with dignity, respect and compassion. It made a huge difference to how I handled this devastating news knowing I was supported with the greatest of empathy and kindness. Thank you

The Willows practice have not only I believe saved my dog's life but mine too. He is my companion. The care Charlie has received has been exceptional. Charlie was referred by my vets and the decision was the right one. From the minute we arrived until I collected him 6 days later the communications has been exceptional. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Great Staff, Clean friendly no fuss service, they are the only vets in the area who have got it right, they no how to treat their customers and the animals in their care. All the staff are an asset to the Willows.
I recently tried another Vets, which I was told by a friend was much cheaper than the Willows, all I will say is after my first appointment there I will not be returning. However I will be returning to the Willows where the client and patient comes first. Thank you Willows if you were given a star rating it would definately be a GOLD.
Has for the others 'vets' who have clinics in Wythall, Olton and Coventry, I think you need to train your staff at the Willows to learn what real customer service is.

Today I have taken my dog for eye testing at the Willows.

The staff were extremely friendly and courteous.

Best Veterinary surgery I have ever been too.
