We could not ask for better care when we had to see a vet urgently at the weekend. everyone was very kind and looked after our dog as if he were their own. The vet's examination was both swift and very comprehensive and the general anaesthetic that was needed for further treatment was carried out without any delay. I am certain that my dog could not have received better care anywhere. I suspect that worried owners could not be given greater care anywhere else either! I have given 4 out of 5 for value for money, in spite of our dog's treatment being most certainly worth every penny. The cost of an out-of-hours consultation (well over £100)is a great deal of money for many people, perhaps this means that some animals may have to suffer over a whole weekend, with pain and deterioration of their condition as many owners could simply not be able to pay so much.
That being said, I cannot stress enough our gratitude for the superb care and treatment our dog received; I would certainly not hesitate to recommend them to anyone whose animal requires emergency treatment.
