"above and beyond"

I first started at Petersfield back in February 2021 when one of my dogs had a tumour. Mar (the main vet) could not have been more helpful and compassionate to the very end. I continued with Mar when one of my other girls developed some kidney trouble and then more recently my youngest girl developed encephalitis. When the other major vet hospital gave up on her and told me to put her to sleep, I reached out to Mar and she agreed to work with me and together my young dog is still going strong one year later. I value the openness and Mar's moral responsibility towards both the animal and the human. I find her pricing fair and in no way is her practice out to get as much as they can from you. Time is always something Mar has for you, no matter how busy she is, I never feel that she is rushing us.
Thank you Mar, from me and my girls, we need more vets like you. Julie x
