"Considerate Care"

We cannot rate the care our old Chocolate Labrador received from the team at both St. Austell and Lostwithiel. Despite all their efforts it was our boys time to cross the Rainbow bridge, but the kindness and consideration shown to us and our dog was much appreciated.

"Pet Care"

All my pets have been cared for at this practice some with very serious health issues. I have always found the staff ( Reception, Nursing, Vets) polite courteous and friendly. The vets have always provided me with all the treatment options open to my pets to allow me to make an informed choice regarding their care. All practice staff have always been so supportive at times when I have lost a pet and their home care services have always been professional, considerate, never rushed, whilst always respecting my wishes. A big thank you to them all.
