If ever there was a person in the right job it has to be Grant the vet.So caring and understanding the most important thing to him is the animal not money like I have found before in other vets.The fees are so reasonable.All the staff seem to be the same so caring and understanding .Good luck to all of you ,wonderful people.

"Crooks vets"

Have used this practice since moving to the area nearly 25 yrs ago. Without exception the nurses and vets have always been accessible, professional and kind. They have looked after my animals at the beginning and, sadly, the end of their life with the same care. I always feel that I am being included in the care planning process and that tests and procedures are not just being performed without good reason. They do not overcharge for their service. They have gone out of their way to help by looking up information about treatment from their old records and did not charge for this. I trust them.

"dog euthanasia"

The most personal and sympathetic service I have ever received from a practice. staff showed such empathy when I had to make the painful decision to have my 15 year old Labrador put to sleep. Simply cannot recommend this surgery more.

"Caring"

At Crookes vets they really care. It's not just about making money they have always given me time and support when I've needed it. When I had to have my beloved dog Missie aided to go to sleep I took my adult daughter with me for support but she was as bad as me. The vet and nurses gave us time to say goodbye. When we left the vets my daughter who lives in Sheffield commented what lovely vets they care and they do.

crooks vets are excellant, our dog blue has had many serious problems and they have been wonderful with him, jane his main vet a hackenthorpe surgery as been brilliant with blue, nothing as been to much trouble, so caring and understanding, and the other vets are very good too plus the lovely staff there are just as importent. so thank so very much for taking time and care with blue, and we know you are just a phone call away when ever we need to bring blue. we would highly recomend crooks vets to any one. thanks again from mr & mrs warburton

Took my 8 week old german shep to crooks vets As he had bein diagnised with parvo, a word i now hate as much as cancer. unfortunatley frank lost his fight after 4 nights in the care of crooks vets and nurses. I have nothing but admiration fior the efforts put in by all to do the best by frank. They were so proffesional and informative, keepin us up to date various times through the day, even late at night.Although we lost frank i wouldnt have a bad word said about the staff as they were all so good to us and my dog. me and my family appreciate what they did and i hope they continue the good work. Thankyou for everything crooks staff, u did ur best and it wont be forgotten. Mr an mrs denton.

"great vets best in town"

I have been using these vets for many years with many dogs and other animals and have just lost my old dog who was just coming up to 10. The treatment during the years she has been ill was the best bar none . The sympathy given on her death and the service during this sad time was very professional and courteous. The Partners and staff are wonderful and I wouldnt hesitate recommending them to anyone

i have been coming to crookes vets since i was a child and i am now 49 i remember coming with my dad and his dogs my grandad and his dogs and now with our own animals from the rabbits to the guinea pigs our labrador sam who we lost age 16 and now with a stray cat we took in nothing is too much for this surgery they have never let us down ever and they treat the animals so well.

We have been using these guys for 5 years now. One of our dogs is a regular patient and all the vets and nurses are great with us. It always looks clean and tidy, the staff are smart and polite and they don't charge outrageous fees.
