"Concerned about money"

"Appreciation"

Thanking all the staff at this lye blacks vetanairy practice, Also to a special person , Dr Sarah Smith, not only has she got a degree in Animal science and one in medical surgery , she holds so many qualitys , empathy ,compassion , patience professionalism, but most of understanding my pet is my best friend.

"Treatment of my Dog"

What can I say about Blacks Vets in Lye? Well here goes, They are very friendly, kind and warm. They always treat Ruby (my dog) very well so well in fact when she was in hospital there for an operation she didn't want to come home. We always see Ruth Wickens who is fabulous, nothing is to much trouble and Ruth explains things so well. Ruth always goes above and beyond for you. Then there is Liz Jefferson who is the Head Nurse, she runs weight clinics which Ruby enjoys as she gets to have 'Auntie' Liz to herself, Liz was even nominated for Vet Nurse of the year which I think speaks volumes. At Blacks they always say Where Pets Come First but its not only the pets who come first. I couldn't recommend Blacks enough I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pets
