"Care and dedication"

We have been with Blacks vets for well over 10 years, .
when we had our Rhodesian ridgeback Obi , 10 years ago Brian Hogan diagnosed him with an arachnoid cyst, this saved Obis life...and just recently Brian performed the heartbreaking CT scan that told us it was time to let Obi go.
Obi spent his last four days under the care of Ana Xavier . We are forever grateful for the love and care shown to Obi and us . Thank you to all at Blacks ..you really are a great team .. x

"snow"

Snow had to visit for her yearly booster. As is usual, everyone - receptionists, nurses and vet - were very friendly and professional. I wouldn't use any other vets, and have used them for over 45 years.

"Peach"

Thank you to Brian who checked over my new kitten and gave her her microchip - she didn't feel a thing! Also thank you to Simon who has seen her today and treated her for fleas and worms - i was worried as she had a bloated tummy. Very friendly vets who always make my pets feel calm and happy.

"Great staff"

Had to take our pet rabbit suddenly to vets and it wasn't a good out come. The lady named Victoria was a absolute god send. She was caring and very helpful. So my partner and I could talk she had taken our daughter to see a kitten which was so kind of her. Due to how poorly he was she gave us time and support. I found that this has to be the most caring vets around which gives both information help and support and at the same time care.

"unwell guinea pig"

My guinea pig Alfie was taken in coz he'd stopped eating and his breathing wasn't good, after two nights in the hospital he was finally allowed home and Is making a full recovery. Big thanks to blacks for reacting so quickly to Alfie don't think he'd be here now if it wasn't for vets. Aftercare has been brilliant too :)

"oscar"

Recently due to old age and failing kidneys I had to have my friend a British blue shorthair called Oscar put to sleep, which was after 15 years together heartbreaking, the support and empathy shown towards us was exceptional even to the point of receiving a sympathy card off the vet through the post. Thank you to all concerned.

"Lilly May is well again"

Can't praise the staff at Blacks enough. Lilly May spent 3 days at their hospital being treated after a car hit her. I was reassured to know they had nurses monitoring her all night making sure her pain was controled. She was given oxygen and fluids for shock at first and later needed surgery for a broken leg. I was kept up to date with her progress. It really felt like a proper hospital. Our Lilly thanks you all :)))).
