"Massive Respect"

My wife and I recently had to take our cat 'The Snooch' to visit our vets at Friarswood after he became very ill. In the aftermath of all his treatment I can only offer the utmost respect to this practice. (who saw our little man after hours on New Years Eve!) Animal welfare, it seems, is way beyond a job to these people. We were uninsured and worried about money at the same time as being worried about our cat and I know that, although the treatment for his illness was expensive, that our circumstances were considered throughout without cutting any corners or proving anything but the best care for him that we could have hoped for. You guys will always have my respect for how you handled his illness. (especially the vet in question, I believe her name was Rachel? I struggle for words to express my gratitude. So just Thank you!! And 5 stars all the way!!!
