"many thanks for an excellent practice"

We had to get an emergency appointment on Thursday morning for our border collie jelly. We had to visit the Lytham st Anne's practice 2 nights earlier when we were told kelly had arthritis in her back hips & was prescribed anti inflammatory tablets. Unfortunately in a short space of time she was having trouble with her front legs as well. Luckily we live close to the Preston practice & the lovely lady vet there prescribed tramadol to take with the others. We were treated with respect & compassion by the vet & the receptionist as they could see how upsetting it was for us. They really do care for the pets here. Thank you so much
