"OUT OF HOURS SERVICE - CAT"

When my cat took ill on a Sunday night (typical!) I was directed to the A&E vets by my usual practice's voicemail. Although the premises look to be in a bit of a dodgy area, I was instantly reassured once I was through the (secure) door. The nurse was very nice, and the vet (Mark) had a very quiet efficiency to what he was doing. I especially liked the way he called my cat "Chicken" :) Maybe just me, but when a vet uses a term of endearment to an animal it reassures me a LOT.

It was thought Tina had a UTI, so she was given 3 injwctions - an antibiotic, an anti-inflammatory, and a painkiller, with advice to follow up at my own vet the next day (whom they'd contact). The most painful part (for me!) was the bill, but hey ho, emergency vets are never cheap and I considered it money well spent to get my little furry bundle of joy checked over and made more comfortable with a few injections.

I'd have no qualms about using this practice again.

"Cat"

A great service. Very friendly. Very reassuring.
