"REVIEW"

I having been using this practice for 12 years. I have found the receptionists very helpful and polite. They also speak in a friendly way towards my Westie when I have her in my arms - make a fuss of her and she loves it. The vet nurses are available for a quick chat/give advice. The vets are very professional and attentive to my dog- make her feel relaxed and get on with what they have to do. They make sure I understand what and why they are doing something. Explain options I have and I leave feeling I have understood what has gone on and the end result of my appointment. I am not rushed out the door to the waiting area.. My dog has been through a rough period with health and I feel she has been offered the best treatment by a particular vet.
