We were on a touring caravan holiday in June 2014 for 2 weeks when our 16 year old Yorkshire terrier died suddenly. What do you do in such a situation? Fortunately I contacted Tenby Vets and an angel answered named Lucy. She advised us, gave options and suggested that we continue with our holiday and that they would take care of Jenny until we called to collect her. We did this and transported Jenny home in a refrigerated container and she is now buried in her favourite spot in the garden. The compassion, professionalism, organisation and care showed by Lucy and Venda the Practice Manager were exceptional. I hope you and your colleagues enjoyed the chocolates you were truly excellent. THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY SO CARING & LOVING WITH YOUR PET , THEY REALLY ARE AMAZING AND ID LIKE TO THANK THEM ALL FOR THEIR CARE AND ATTENTION TO ALL MY BABIES THEY TREAT , I WOULDN'T DREAM OF TAKING THEM ELSEWHERE AS I HAVE TOTAL TRUST IN THEM AND CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR ALL THEY DO , THEY ARE WONDERFUL AND SO KIND :-) BLESS THEM ALL THERE FOR THE CARE THEY GIVE OUR BABIES. JUST WISH HUMAN DOCTORS WERE QUARTER AS GOOD AND ATTENTIVE AS THEY ARE .
NOT TO MENTION THEY DO NOT SEE POUNDS WHEN THEY SEE YOUR BABY , THEY DO NOT RIP YOU OFF LIKE OTHERS DO !!

ITS SUCH A WORRY & STRESSFUL SITUATION WHEN YOUR BABY IS POORLY BUT THESE HERE PUT YOUR MIND AT REST & ALL MY PETS LOVE THEM HERE AND YOU CANNOT GET A BETTER JUDGE OF CHARACTER THAN ANIMALS AS THEY KNOW BETTER THAN US & THATS A FACT !!
