"Exceptional Service"

Boxer has been a patient of blacks vets Oldbury for 7 years now and was a very nervous dog who didn't like visiting the vets at all. The staff at blacks have been ever so helpful and tried to make boxer feel comfortable so now I can finally do a trip to the vets without the hassle of him barking at staff.

I took him in today and Dan the vet took ear swabs and initially said to me that I would know the results in about a day . However he got back to me within the hour after I had visited . I must say I am extremely impressed with the professional service from the team at blacks and the genuine care they have for boxer. This allows me to feel comfortable and know that my pet is in the best of hands.

I would just like to say thankyou to the team at blacks Oldbury . You have been so helpful and supportive through all of boxers visits and treatments !

"on general service"

I have been with Blacks for many years and through 3 separate cats. They have all been well looked after, with gentle treatment. The doctors and staff are very helpful too . My cat doesn't like going, (what animal does)! but they are treated with care and respect. Thank you all.
