Absolutely gutted that Julia has 'left' the practice, Julia is a well thought of vet with a large following of clients, Julia and the then staff kept Banovallum going as usual when Julian had his accident.
The many people I have spoken to are feel the same as I do that
we have lost a good vet, Julia is always easy to talk to, addresses your concerns and is very friendly to the animals
both good and 'difficult' I have had Julia as my vet since 2007 and have no complaints, when I have had to have an animal
P T S, like most people I cried buckets and Julia was so kind
and caring unlike some vets to whom it is just a job (met plenty of those in my travels!)
Banovallum was a great practice when Julian had it, clients
emergencies were attended to at Horncastle, his view was that
(as in his Brochure) 'We do not believe that sending an ill or
injured pet on a prolonged journey to a different clinic elsewhere is in the best interests of your pet'
Now we have to go to Boston! great for those who do not drive, are elderly and no longer have a car or live in one of the many far
villages, bad enough, but ten fold with an injured pet on board! not much use to a poisoned animal or an Adder bite!
We have Kate who is also very good with the animals and easy to talk to about concerns, but should she decide to move on what then?? There was a 'mass migration' when Julian sold to new owners who have now sold the practice on again.

"Good vet"

I would just like to say how good Kate has been to my Labrador Daisy this year. daisy has had many visits this year and I've finally found a vet that is good with her and really makes me feel at ease. I like to have a vet I can see reguraly and not keep changing and I've finally found Kate. Very pleased .

"Banovallum"

Always friendly, Julia has such a huge knowledge base. We rely on her for our cats well-being.
